Requirements traceability

Document: SDD-09
Status: Working draft

Software status is not campus compliance. Country clauses below are evidence to confirm with campus QA; they do not by themselves mandate a particular screen.

Related: SDD-00, SDD-01, SDD-11. The LMS X-Y research domains (INPUT-F01–F37) live in the source sheet; they are supplied research, not universal mandates.

Product decisions

ID Decision Limitation
PRODUCT-PRIORITY Lesotho first (pilot / acceptance campus — Working Group 3 Oct 2026; supersedes Cyberjaya-first gate). Admissions before semester registration. Include core mobile. Keep the existing CMS family as the initial backend. Lesotho newer CMS = feature benchmark; migration SoT = Raisd schema + Lesotho CMS materials. Owners, kickoff and backend commitments TBC. Whole-CMS coverage is a backlog, not an instruction to replace working legacy functions. Cyberjaya remains M5 expansion / richest LUCT inventory.
PRODUCT-MOBILE Core admissions and student journeys must be phone-friendly for launch. This is a delivery priority, not a verified universal government breakpoint or native-app requirement. Current portal mobile acceptance is outstanding.
PRODUCT-PORTALS Group delivery by Applicant, Student, Lecturer, Admin / Staff and Shared System. Separate role-specific work and department responsibility; retain the original capability links. Proposed department split approved. Milestone dates, named owners and unverified old-CMS capabilities remain TBC. This is not a government-prescribed portal architecture.
